(1) The collection of live trial information, which refers to the comprehensive audio and video recording of the trial process, is achieved through the use of cameras installed in the digital courtroom to capture images. The speech system collects the audio of the trial speech and displays it on the large screen display equipment in the courtroom through selection switching, image synthesis, and other means.

(2) The text information collected during the trial is mainly based on the trial transcript, which is quickly recorded by the court clerk.

(3) Collection of courtroom evidence information, including submitted audio evidence, which is recorded by the courtroom video system while being played by the courtroom audio equipment. The collection of image information includes scanned copies of paper evidence files, images of physical evidence, photographed image evidence, and criminal scientific analysis diagrams.

(4) Evidence display: The collected live information, textual information, and various types of evidence information need to be displayed and played in court according to the situation of the case, ensuring the right to know of the parties involved and court observers.

(5) Trial host: The trial host is the core equipment in the digital courtroom, which includes high-definition camera capture, trial speech collection, audio and video evidence collection, high-definition segmentation and image synthesis, courtroom audio and video switching processing and playback, voice incentive image linkage, high-definition audio and video encoding, remote audio and video decoding, digital audio processing, and centralized control of the trial. All trial related audio and video information is collected, switched, processed, encoded, and played through the trial host, and the trial process is automatically controlled.

(6) Environmental construction: Referring to the highest legal construction standards, the facilities, equipment, props, decoration, etc. of the simulated trial venue are complete, creating a solemn and serious environment with fully functional hardware facilities.

System application software

The system application software system includes a clerk application client with core management functions, as well as corresponding clients that provide judges and parties with record and electronic evidence sharing. Another core application system in simulated court is the simulated teaching and training system, which is mainly used for comprehensive simulation training of legal practice.

(1) The court clerk trial application client includes various application requirements such as transcript shorthand, transcript proofreading, trial control, remote call connection, electronic evidence display, court discipline broadcast, etc. It is responsible for distributing transcript information and electronic evidence information to the judge client and party client, as well as receiving feedback.

(2) The judge application client should provide judges with relevant content information and application functions during the trial process, including real-time record viewing, record annotation, party record annotation viewing, viewing historical records of the case, viewing records of other related cases, electronic evidence preview, evidence display control, evidence annotation, party evidence annotation viewing, trial outline, regulatory inquiry, live streaming monitoring in court, trial guidance and other functions.

(3) The client of the parties involved can provide relevant content information and application functions during the court trial to both parties, including real-time record viewing, record annotation, electronic evidence viewing and annotation, and other trial related information. The annotations of the parties' transcripts will also become the content of the clerk's transcript editing, and can be the focus of the clerk's proofreading of relevant transcript content during transcript proofreading.

(4) The transcription system for recorded speech should be able to achieve real-time transcription of continuous Mandarin speech, and provide post-processing and phonetic synchronization alignment capabilities for transcribed text.

(5) Electronic signature: After verifying the trial transcript, the parties can use a handwriting board to perform on-site electronic signature. The system should be able to automatically enlarge and reduce the signature proportionally.

Simulated teaching and training system, used for law school teachers and students to conduct simulated trial training, realizing case simulation training, case trial role simulation, trial process guidance, practical case training, etc.

Backend management system

(1) The trial resource management system fully realizes the networked information sharing application of trial record files and becomes a part of judicial trial data files.

(2) Streaming media services can provide live broadcasts of court proceedings through unicast, multicast, and other methods, while also being connected to a centralized storage system to store real-time audio and video data of the court proceedings.

(3) The resource storage system generally adopts the connection method between disk array storage system and servers and other hosts, and the storage hard disk technology capacity is configured according to the court's business volume.

(4) Servers, simulated courtroom business applications, client applications, media resource management, streaming media services, etc. all require servers to provide services in order to truly achieve business functions.
